Professional Experience
Brad was born, raised and educated in the Lower Mainland. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in 1987 and a Bachelor of Laws degrees in 1990. He articled with Watson Goepel Maledy, practicing primarily in insurance defense work, which provided him with considerable experience in litigation.
In 1994 Brad joined the family firm, established by his father in 1962, where he has practiced with his father and uncle. Brad’s practice is a varied one with experience in residential real estate, personal injury, general litigation and corporate and commercial law. He has appeared at every level of the Court system in British Columbia. Hara & Company, while located in East Vancouver since it’s inception, serves clients throughout the Lower Mainland, the Province of British Columbia, and various countries throughout the world.
While his profession is law, his passion is lacrosse. He is the past President of the Burnaby Field Lacrosse Club, and Vice-Chair for Women’s Field Lacrosse for the Pacific Coast Field Lacrosse League, current Chair for Canadian Women’s Field Lacrosse and President of the Burnaby Lakers Junior Lacrosse Club.
